How do I add money?

Open Wallet and choose Add money. Select an available payment method and follow its instructions. Manual payments require proof and approval before your wallet is credited. Do not send money to an unconfigured method.

How do I add credits to a game?

Create an account from the game's page first. Choose Add money to game, select your main or bonus wallet, and enter an amount. Credits stay in that game until you redeem eligible score.

How do I withdraw?

Game redemptions move eligible score to your main wallet after an exact-amount review. A payment-account payout service is not connected yet. Contact support for assistance; this website cannot submit payout requests.

Why are my bonuses separate?

Free-spin cash prizes go to your bonus wallet. You can select that wallet when adding money to a game. Deposits and eligible redemptions use your main wallet.

When will my payment arrive?

Manual payment proofs are reviewed before credit. Track the status under Payment requests in Wallet. Contact support with your payment reference if you need help.

I cannot log in. What do I do?

Use your LuckyBucks username or email and website password. Game credentials are separate. If you forgot your website password, contact support from your registered email. Never send a password or full payment details. A self-service email reset is not currently available.
